- Weighted bases help improve stability but do not make umbrellas windproof.
- Use only compatible replacement canopies with the correct rib count, rib length, frame size, and umbrella style.
- Inspect frames, ribs, crank systems, tilt mechanisms, solar panels, lights, bases, and hardware regularly before use.
SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS is not responsible for damage, injury, or product failure caused by improper assembly, misuse, failure to secure the product, severe weather, incompatible accessories, modification, or failure to follow instructions.
5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping options may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update any product at any time. We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, typographical errors, or availability errors.
If an order is placed for a product listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
