At SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for every eligible order. We sell outdoor umbrellas, patio umbrellas, umbrella bases, replacement canopies, and related outdoor shade products within the United States.

SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS is a trade name of SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS LLC. All transactions on this website are processed by SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS LLC.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Certain oversized or heavy products may not be available for delivery to some remote locations, restricted areas, or addresses not serviced by our shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Carrier

We use reliable U.S. shipping carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the product, delivery address, product size, product weight, and carrier availability, orders may be shipped using carriers such as FedEx.

Carrier selection is determined based on the best available service for the order and delivery location.

3. Order Processing Time

We work to process orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed for same-business-day fulfillment.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time are generally processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

We offer 2-business-day shipping within the United States for eligible SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS orders.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 2 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery address, carrier service availability, successful carrier pickup, and order verification.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, remote delivery locations, access issues, or operational disruptions.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping rates may be based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product size and weight
  • Number of items ordered
  • Carrier service availability
  • Oversized or heavy-item handling requirements

The final shipping cost will be shown before you place your order.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped and the carrier has scanned the package, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may not show movement until the carrier completes the first scan.

7. PO Boxes and Address Restrictions

Some carriers and oversized products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted delivery locations.

For patio umbrellas, umbrella bases, cantilever umbrellas, and other large or heavy products, a valid residential or commercial street address may be required.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

8. Oversized and Heavy Item Shipping

Some SUNGUARD UMBRELLA products, including large patio umbrellas, cantilever umbrellas, weighted umbrella bases, fillable bases, and outdoor shade products, may be oversized or heavy.

Oversized or heavy products may require:

  • Special packaging
  • Carrier-specific handling
  • Separate shipments if multiple items are ordered
  • Additional delivery handling depending on the carrier and address

Please inspect large packages carefully upon delivery and keep all packaging materials until you confirm that the item is complete and in good condition.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately depending on warehouse location, product size, product weight, and carrier availability.

If items ship separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Photos of any damaged, missing, or incorrect parts

For verified shipping damage, missing parts, or fulfillment errors, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, a prepaid return label, or a refund when appropriate.

11. Lost or Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the following before contacting us:

  • Front door, porch, garage, side entrance, mailroom, or package locker
  • Nearby neighbors or building management
  • Carrier delivery notes or proof of delivery details
  • Other household members who may have received the package

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the tracking information and may assist with a carrier claim when applicable.

12. Delivery Delays

Although we work to provide fast 2-business-day shipping after shipment, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Possible causes of delay include:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Holiday schedules
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Operational or transportation disruptions

SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped, but we will do our best to assist customers with tracking and delivery concerns.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sunguardumbrella.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

14. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, access issue, or carrier delivery restriction, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or carrier charges.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages may be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs unless the issue was caused by an error from SUNGUARD UMBRELLAS.
